Multan Cricket Stadium is a major international cricket venue located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. Known for its dry, spin-friendly pitches and enthusiastic crowd, it is one of Pakistan’s most important cricketing centers.
Opened in 2001, the stadium has a seating capacity of around 30,000 spectators. It replaced the old Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium as Multan’s primary cricket venue. Multan Cricket Stadium regularly hosts Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, and is also the home ground of Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The stadium has witnessed several iconic performances, including Virender Sehwag’s triple century and many thrilling encounters during PSL seasons. Its modern structure, excellent player facilities, and vibrant local atmosphere make it a fan-favorite venue in Pakistan.
