The Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, located in Mullanpur (New Chandigarh), Punjab, is one of India’s newest and most advanced cricket venues. Developed by the Punjab Cricket Association, the stadium is designed to meet modern international standards with world-class infrastructure and scenic surroundings.
Inaugurated in 2021, the stadium has an impressive seating capacity of around 38,000 spectators. It replaces Mohali’s PCA Stadium as Punjab’s main international cricket venue and is built with upgraded facilities including corporate boxes, training areas, practice pitches, and modern dressing rooms.
This state-of-the-art venue has already hosted domestic tournaments and is expected to become a key host for international fixtures, IPL matches, and major cricket events in the coming years.
