Cricket Australia reveals fresh team jerseys
Cricket Australia has introduced its new playing kits for the 2025-26 summer, created in partnership with ASICS. The collaboration with the sports brand has been ongoing since 2011.
This year’s kits highlight a new Indigenous artwork titled Land & Sea, designed by Kirrae Whurrong artist Aunty Fiona Clarke. The design features her famous Walkabout Wickets motif, paying tribute to the 1868 Aboriginal XI—the first Australian cricket team to tour England. Artwork on the shoulders reflects the bond between players and Indigenous heritage.
The launch comes just before a busy international calendar for the 2025-26 season.
"The Indigenous artwork appears on both the men’s and women’s white-ball kits. The ODI jersey comes in Australia’s classic gold, while the T20I version uses a reversed green-and-gold contrast. The T20I design also pays tribute to Ricky Ponting’s 2003 World Cup-winning side, with side panels inspired by that era.
In the Test whites, the traditional green trim around the collar and sleeves has been replaced with yellow piping. Another major change is the switch of the main sponsor logo from Toyota to Westpac, highlighted by a bold red ‘W’ across the chest to mark Cricket Australia’s new four-year deal with the bank.
The launch comes just before a packed 2025-26 international schedule. The men’s side will open with a limited-overs series against South Africa in August, marking the return of international cricket to the Northern Territory after 17 years. They will then face India in three ODIs and a landmark five-match T20I series during October and November.
The centerpiece of the summer will be the Ashes series, starting in late November in Perth. On the women’s side, Alyssa Healy’s team will welcome India for a multi-format tour in February 2026, featuring three T20Is, three ODIs, and a one-off Test in Perth.
